any1 know what quest give those skills?! i know i can buy them at quarrel fall, but if u can buy them there then theres a quest that give those skills and i dont want to waste my skill points

Some skills can't be earned and must be purchased. However Determined Shot is from a quest in Kryta (Graven Images), as is Dwaynas Kiss. It is possible that you may only get one of them for the quest.

quest usually give 2 skill, 1 prim/1 sec, and those 2 skills are the only one im missing, do u know where exactly in kryta?! thx

I can't rememebr where exactly that quest is (I just happened upon it while exploring), however, a quick search of google which you could have done, has this link on the second page.
